Sacred Roots is part of the Sacred Roots Wellness Initiative of TLP Ministries and is supported by the herbal formulations of The Life Potion Apothecary.

How to Follow the Program

The Sacred Roots program is designed to move in stages. Each week focuses on a different phase of restoring balance within the body and mind.
